2. Questions related to fog formula container: Is it necessary to remove the transparent film on the inner cover of the fog container and the covering film on smoke cake? Will such film influences fog generating?

 A: When you receive the fog container, just follow user manual for installation. No need to remove the protective film both on the inner cover of fog container and that on smoke cake,. Such protective films are used for sealing fog formula against moisture to ensure its effectiveness, and will not influence fog density and speed, as film is thin & soft, when the generator activating, it’ll be broken and melt under fog’s pressure and high temperature.
